Race information

The Race Information Pack which contains all relevant information for runners can be found on the link at the top right of this page.

The race results will be available at:-
https://results.netiming.co.uk/results.aspx?CId=20008&RId=465

live throughout the race and there will be a kiosk set up in the race finish area for runners to get an individual print of their time.

The race starts at 7 pm

Race bibs (including the timing chip on the rear) will be available for collection between 5.45 pm and 6.45 pm on the day of the race from our friendly registration teams inside Norman Park.

A race medal will be given out to all finishers, with trophies available to winning individuals and team prizes.

Please note there is a finishing cut-off time of 1 hour and 45 minutes due to the need to vacate Norman Park by 9.30 pm when it is closed by Bromley Council's security contractor.

Runners will also need to reach the first water station at the 4k mark within 40 mins from the start.

Runners who are unable to meet those times may find that the remaining part of their 10k run will be unsupported by the last marshal runners and the course markers may be dismantled before they reach the end of the 10k.

Should this happen, please make your way back to the start of the 10k by retracing your steps and advise the nearest marshal of your action.
